GMD Design Group Carolinas, Inc. is a residential design firm specializing in high quality design and construction document production.

Will be working primarily with Quickbooks and Excel documents. Responsibilities will include creating projects, tracking project times, generating estimates for projects, employee timesheet review, and project invoicing. Quickbooks experience is a must. Must be very detail oriented and organized. Will be working on large quantities of invoices, so accuracy is of the utmost importance. Ideal candidate will be self motivated to accomplish the goals of this position. Will be contacting clients in regards to overdue invoices, so clear communication is essential. This is a part time position and will remain a part time position. Must be comfortable working with dogs in the office.
